Help me I’m new here

Hello. 

Being new to a group of people, a club or an organization can sometimes be a bit daunting. 

This section is designed to assist you in getting to know a bit about who we are and what to expect.

Yes – we are Christians (as you would expect on a website like this) – and we are passionate about our relationship with God and our involvement in our local Church.

Our Church facilities are located at 27 Sturt Street, Adelaide where we gather every Sunday at 10am and 6pm.

You will find us a group of people who are representative of our broader community across Adelaide.  

There was a time when most of us were quite new to the Chrisitan life and experience – and to the life and activities of a local church.  So, we understand what someone goes through when they begin to explore Christianity. 

We are a group of people who have made the greatest discovery of life and have a vital interest in helping you make the greatest discovery of your life. I know that sounds like a huge claim, but, it is one we make confidently.   

If you have never been in contact with us before, or would like help in understanding what it means to be a Christian, we’d love to do all we can to assist you. 

You are welcome to come and check us out in person at 27 Sturt Street Adelaide during our regular Sunday celebration service.

Our main gathering is Sunday morning at 10am and we also gather at 6pm Sunday evenings.  

We are easy to find either by car or by public transport.  You can hop on the tram near the Adelaide Railway Station and come to the City South tram stop and we are a couple of minutes walk west of the tram stop.

However, you may prefer to sit and talk in private with someone.  You may just want to find out a bit of what we mean by a living experience with Jesus Christ.  

It is possible that you may have many questions like:

How can I know that God exists – what is the proof?

What is the evidence that Jesus Christ rose from the dead as Christians claim?

How can I be sure of life after death?

There are many such questions that are very valid and important.
